The Watermark High is the alias of Johannesburg based electronic musician and producer, Paul van der Walt. He has just released his new EP entitled Bright Black, and let me tell you, this is some of the best chill wave around.  Its the perfect blend of upbeat tempos and soothing instrumentals that you can listen to anytime of the the day or night.  In my opinion he has come leaps and bounds since his last EP release, The Watermark High has a bright future indeed.
